The Monthly Gaming Update was a monthly all-hands internal event that I oversaw designing for as part of an overall internal communications rebranding effort, in addition to strategizing and coordination.

I worked with presenters to determine which slides would work best, and coordinated with an in-house production crew, and external stage production studio at various points depending on event venue.

These events were organization wide and regularly drew in crowds of 1400+ viewers both via streaming broadcast and in-person.
On certain occasions like holidays or big reveals, I also used Xbox’s video game assets or characters in fun ways to boost morale.

This included the occasional animated lower third or framing graphic to accompany leadership videos.
