The Super Gaming Update was a new quarterly internal event where Xbox leadership addresses both internal employees and limited integration studios. I managed the design and rebranding of this event and collaborated with external vendors, studios, and internal art directors for brainstorming and critical feedback sessions. Total viewership during the show grew to 4600 people across the gaming organization. I also presented the new aesthetic rebrand to other teams and chiefs of staff to facilitate org-wide integration, providing ad hoc assistance for side projects and presentations. Assets produced included graphic design assets, animated video clips and sound editing, SharePoint webpage design and content management, merchandising designs for stickers and graphic tees.
Along with various presentation slide templates for presenters to use and to leverage for the CEO’s presentation, I also created a variety of assets to use across webpages, merchandise, and Team Xbox’s social media.
For the Super Gaming Update, I produced various intro and outro videos, as well as animated lower thirds for each of the presenters. I completed all graphic design, illustration, video editing, and sound editing myself with a quick turnaround.
Additionally, I produced interstitial thank you videos for our production crew to run in between presentations to allow presenters to exit and enter the stage area. Earlier in production, our team sent out an email requesting thank you messages from around the organization that we leveraged for each of these videos.

As the overarching theme for the show was “the joy of gaming”, I illustrated a diverse range of happy gamers catching controllers throughout the videos to accompany the messages and promote a fun, inclusive atmosphere. While developing poses and gestures, I also utilized AI to expedite finding, or rather making, reference images. This made it much easier to see what would work at a glance without having to do several studies.
